Customers of www.nala.eu will always be informed if a product is in stock or not, if it can be produced upon request, the time it will take to process, and the time it will reach them. These details will be communicated via email or phone. Product images, offers, prices, and contests can be changed in advance without specific notification.

The availability of a product in stock, whether it is part of a promotion or not, is announced via email after the customer places the order.

By placing an order on the www.nala.eu site, you irrevocably commit to paying the value of the ordered products. In this regard, we inform you that, during the order registration procedure, you will be redirected to our partners' websites for the collection of the necessary payment data.
- REGISTRATION AS A USER
Any customer who wishes may register on our site by simply clicking on the registration button available on the homepage and completing the necessary steps for registration.
For registration, you will be asked to provide your name, surname, email address, and a password. You are obligated to enter a valid email address; otherwise, it will not be possible to proceed with the registration. You are fully responsible for keeping your password and all information regarding registration, authentication, and your account secure. You are fully responsible for any orders and/or payments made using your account on our site.
- PLACING AND CONFIRMING THE ORDER
Placing the order is done by following these steps:

9. PAYMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
NALA strives to provide detailed descriptions of its products on the site, but it does not guarantee that the product descriptions or any other content on the www.nala.eu site are complete or free of errors. Additionally, NALA is not responsible for any type of loss, such as data loss, lost profits, or the inability to use the data on this site, changes to data, prices, or the site's structure without prior notice.
The customer is required to opt for the payment method chosen before placing the order by checking the appropriate option according to the order placement steps.
The seller will issue an invoice for the delivered products. In this regard, the customer must provide the seller with all the necessary information for invoice issuance according to the applicable legislation. The invoice will be provided to the customer in printed form at the time of delivery of the ordered products.
- DELIVERY POLICY
Products are delivered by the seller directly to the buyer's address or the address specified by the buyer.
The shipment of orders for products in stock will be carried out within 1-5 days from the order confirmation by email. The order should reach you within a maximum of 9 working days from the order confirmation. This period can be modified due to circumstances beyond our control, without exceeding a period of 13 working days from the order processing date.
The order will be shipped in packaging that ensures the security of transport. The responsibility for any damage caused during transport to the product, package, or parcel sent by us lies with the carrier, according to local legislation.
- COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Any dissatisfaction regarding accessing, using, registering on our site, placing an order, matters related to the order placed, and others should be communicated directly to us by email at contact@nala.eu.
Your dissatisfaction will be registered, and you will receive a written response to the email address mentioned when your dissatisfaction is brought to our attention, within a maximum of 3 working days.
The customer agrees not to make these complaints public (on social networks, media, private parties, or in any other way) under the penalty of bearing the damage caused to NALA's reputation by these actions.
- CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NALA reserves the right to make changes at any time regarding the content of the www.nala.eu website, policies, terms, and conditions of use, without any prior notice to users in this regard, although we will make efforts to notify customers about these changes.
The user of the www.nala.eu site is obligated to regularly check the terms and conditions of use. If they disagree with any changes made by NALA, they will cease using the site. If the user continues to use the site, it is considered that they agree with the changes.
13. CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY
By creating and using the Account, the Customer assumes responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account data (username and password) and for managing access to the Account, being responsible under the law for activities carried out through their Account.
By accessing the website, creating an Account, using the website, placing orders, etc., the Customer explicitly and unambiguously accepts the Terms and Conditions of the website in its latest version communicated on the website. After creating the Account, using the content is equivalent to accepting the modifications made to the Terms and Conditions of the website and/or the updated versions of the Terms and Conditions of the website. The Customer is responsible for checking the final version of the Terms and Conditions every time they use the website.
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the website is confirmed by checking the corresponding checkbox on the website and/or by submitting an Order and/or making an online payment.
We do not assume responsibility for any damages that the Customer or any third party may suffer as a result of us fulfilling any of our obligations according to the Order, nor for any damages that may result from using the Goods after delivery, and even less for their loss.
We cannot be held responsible for damages caused to your computer or viruses that may infect your computer or other equipment as a result of accessing, using, or browsing our website or downloading any content, information, materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from our website.
16. RETURN POLICY
According to European legislation, Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the right of withdrawal applies only to individual customers. According to this directive, the withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the date the buyer takes physical possession of the purchased good. We offer you an extended term of 30 days.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Customer Relations Department by email at contact@nala.eu using the contact form regarding the decision to withdraw from the Contract, without giving any reason, or by using an unambiguous statement sent by email or physically at any Nala store.
The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, if possible in the original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documents that accompanied it.
If the products are returned in a condition in which they can no longer be sold as new, NALA reserves the right to request a reduction in the value of the product for restoration to its original condition (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the products as second-hand. Alternatively, at the Customer's request, we will resend the products at the Customer’s expense.
If the Customer requests withdrawal from the Contract within the legal withdrawal period, they must also return any gifts that accompanied the respective product.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and the refund for the product will be made within a maximum of 14 working days from the date the proof of the product's return is received, as follows:
- For Orders paid by Online Card, the refund will be made to the account from which the payment was made.
- For Orders paid by Cash on Delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer to an account whose details will be provided by the customer.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party to the contract is liable for non-performance or improper performance – in whole or in part – of any obligation it has under this contract, if the non-performance or improper performance of that obligation was caused by force majeure, as defined by law, due to reasons beyond the control of the parties.
The party invoking force majeure is required to notify the other party within 5 (five) days of the event's occurrence and take all possible measures to limit its consequences.
18. APPLICABLE LAW
The contract will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Romanian law. Any disputes between the Merchant and the Customer regarding the relationships arising from this Contract will be resolved amicably, and if that fails, they will be submitted to the competent courts in the city.

19. FINAL PROVISIONS
This website is owned by NALA, which grants you the right to access and use the website, subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By accessing and using the website, you automatically and unambiguously agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions on the website.
NALA reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, by posting the updated version on the website. The Customer is obligated to read the Terms and Conditions each time they access the website. The Customer is obliged to fully comply with the Terms and Conditions of the website and cannot claim ignorance of the Terms and Conditions at the time of access, use, or placing an order on the website.
NALA periodically organizes various Promotions announced on the website. Promotions are valid starting from the moment they are activated on the website and are no longer valid once they are deactivated. Promotions cannot be combined with each other or with other discounts and are valid only within the available stock.
